Misadventures with a Sexpert review!

Let’s take another misadventure!

Grayson is looking for a complete new start at life. Personally and professionally. He wasn’t happy with his old profession and his ex wife cheated on him with his best friend.

Stuck with a job he doesn’t want he finds himself at the local coffee shop and starts doodling a caricature of this woman on a bizarre first date.

Isla doesn’t know why she continues to do these stupid first dates other than to Appease her younger sister. She’s struck out with all of them. It’s much harder to find a normal person on an dating app. After a recent disaster of a date she notices a guy eavesdropping and scribbling something down so she decides to see what’s up.

Isla strikes up a conversation with him and sees that he’s drawing cartoon versions of her dates. After talking for a while she comes up with an idea. He teaches her to be better at sex and she’ll let him use those drawings for his job.

Grayson would be a fool to turn down this kind of offer from the bombshell. Sex with no strings attached is exactly what he’s looking for.

It’s all fun and games until Isla goes on a date that has the potential to lead to more. Will Grayson get his head out of his ass and get over past hurt before it’s too late? Or will he let the love of his life slip out of his fingers and into another mans arms? Well you’ll have to read the book to find out!

I found this book well paced which is important when your writing a misadventure book. Not all of them have been and it makes it harder on the reader, i feel, to get into the book.

Randomly and this has nothing really to do with how great the book is BUT I do think the title should be different. I thought immediately that Misadventures with a Sexpert was going to be super hot and heavy and well just more of an erotic romance than just a romance. And I draw the comparison to a previous Misadventure book. Missadventures of a Valedictorian that turned out to be super erotic when as a reader I would think it’s just another romance book. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover but also by it’s title!
